Founded in 2021, we set out to revolutionize the food tech landscape, particularly within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector. Our founder, Manu Bajaj, saw an opportunity amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Working for a company that was planning to shut down its operations in India, Manu decided to go through a management buy-out. This pivotal moment marked the birth of NuTaste, driven by the vision to not only sustain but also innovate and grow in the food tech industry.
